MINT ESSENTIAL OIL is 100% pure natural Mint oil with a very strong fresh and cooling menthol scent. Mint has anti-inflammatory effects and is generally considered an excellent ingredient for muscle and joint pain. The menthol aroma soothes headaches, encourages fatigue or weakness. It is often used in cosmetics to clean and refresh the skin.

USE

MAIN WAYS TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS:

> DIFFUSING INTO THE AIR - put 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser to scent the room. If you don't have a diffuser, add 5 drops to 250ml. warm water and put in a spray bottle. Use the nebulizer as needed.

> BATH - mix 3 to 9 drops of essential oil with any carrier oil (or bath oil). NEVER drip essential oil with just water, it could cause a rash on your skin. Essential oils dissolve in fat, not water.

> MASSAGE - mix carrier oil and essential oil in a ratio of 30 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of carrier oil.
For children, it is 5 drops in 50 ml of carrier oil.

> INHALATION - drop 2 drops of essential oil into 250 ml of warm water. Lean over the container, throw a towel over you and inhale for a few minutes.

> INTERNAL USE - there is a lot of information about the internal use of essential oils. However, we do not recommend using essential oils internally.
