Invigorate your body and mind. This mix of oils individually or in any combination, it boosts energy and inspires creativity, it is excellent for restoring vitality and against fatigue.

Use the positive effects of essential oils in a diffuser or spray to refresh the air in the room.

DIFFUSER: Create a pleasant energizing blend of these oils in a diffuser. You will get 6 drops of lemon oil, 2 drops of rosemary oil and 2 drops of peppermint oil. You can adjust the amount as needed.

ROOM SPRAY: 20-30 drops of essential oil + 30ml of alcohol + 5ml of water. Spray around or apply to the wrist when you need a boost.

HOME SPA: Put 10 drops on a washing sponge, place it in the shower on the floor or ideally on the tap so that the scented sponge is as close as possible to face level and enjoy a hot shower with a fragrant awakening.

USE

MAIN WAYS TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS:

> DIFFUSING INTO THE AIR - put 5 to 10 drops in a diffuser to scent the room. If you don't have a diffuser, add 5 drops to 250ml. warm water and put in a spray bottle. Use the nebulizer as needed.

> BATH - mix 3 to 9 drops of essential oil with any carrier oil (or bath oil). NEVER drip essential oil with just water, it could cause a rash on your skin. Essential oils dissolve in fat, not water.

> MASSAGE - mix carrier oil and essential oil in a ratio of 30 drops of essential oil to 50 ml of carrier oil.
For children, it is 5 drops in 50 ml of carrier oil.

> INHALATION - drop 2 drops of essential oil into 250 ml of warm water. Lean over the container, throw a towel over you and inhale for a few minutes.

> INTERNAL USE - there is a lot of information about the internal use of essential oils. However, we do not recommend using essential oils internally.
